*Finishing up my Wool Scraps"

Lordy, it has taken me over a week to go through all my wool and wool scraps....and you'll never guess what I did, whilst I was trying to make headway with all this...I went to the thrift store and bought 3 new 100% wool jackets and a 100% wool skirt....So THOSE had to get washed, dried and cut up and sorted along with what I allready had, but it was worth it. The Jackets were only $1 each...


I also managed to stitch up 2 of these penny rugs from my design, one for me and the other to sell. All I have left to do is the trim on the edges.



I am going to start on my FABRIC scraps next and stitch up a few log cabin squares from some of the scraps as I go along....God willing.... we all know how sidetracked I can get....
I scored big time on these quilt patterns and booklets from the PrimMart Online Yard Sale
So...between this and coming up with a few new designs for the Summer Season...I'll be busy,if I can stay on task that is...

    Now that's a load of wool!! Funny how scraps pile up isn't it!! I have 2 storage tubs full of material scraps for stuffing!! Love your samplers!! Very kewl!!

    All those little snippets of wool look like candy, wool candy and to a wool lover like me - it's yummy, LOL.

    T2T sounds like a great thing..and what a great way to get people thinking about all of the stuff we have laying around that can get a new life. You, I was searching for your email and could not find it...I wanted to thank you for posting to my post on my blog. I really was unsure about sharing so much "personal" information. I am so happy you felt as if you were meant to read it. I think often we feel so isolated as if we are the only ones, and it does get hard to open up to people. When i am going through a tough time my feelings are usually on my sleeve it seems and I don't feel better unless I get it off my chest. It is so wonderful your husband is a believer, that is more then what most wives even have, there really is so many husbands who just don't believe. My husband is a believer too...but he doesn't get into the word as much and I must remember that everyones' walk is different, I often hear something or read something and think..THIS WAS MEANT FOR MY HUSBAND AND NOT ME!!LOL. Men are just wired so differently then us. Now, lets go feed ourself with some Daily Bread :)Blessed be the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, who has blessed us with every spiritual blessing in the heavenly places in Christ~Ephasians 1:3
    It is a done deal sista. It has been placed in us, we just have to know what we have!
